Regarding the converter burner

The ceramic fiber insulation inside the burner chamber of the converter furnace, including the Inconel-made insulation cover, was damaged after just over two months of use. Our burners have been in use for half a year; after removing them a few days ago, we continued to use them without taking any action to fix the issue. I wonder how other manufacturers are doing with this situation
