I heard from my colleagues in the machinery field that Luer pumps have high inlet and low outlet, while other pumps generally have low inlet and high outlet. And all the Luer pumps in our company are connected backwards. The pressure definitely can’t go up any further
There are direction arrows on the pumps! ! ! When wiring the motor, just confirm the direction of rotation; there is no decision yet regarding the height of the inlet and outlet! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
If the motor rotates in the correct direction, it will ensure the pump’s head pressure.
Reply 1# XJZHANG: After the equipment is installed, it is necessary to check for any issues and conduct acceptance testing. Before starting the pump, operate it briefly to check whether the rotation direction matches the indication. Starting it according to the procedures should be fine.
It doesn’t matter whether the flow is high when the pressure is low or low when the pressure is high; what’s important is whether the pump performs work when it’s in operation.
