Standard dimensions for head cutting stock

I am looking for a standard for head cutting, materials containing relevant data such as the cutting dimensions and thickness for different sizes of heads. Thank you.
It’s specified in GB150, and it’s written quite clearly···
Additionally, you can contact the manufacturer of end caps that you use for outsourcing; they should have a cutting dimension table available, and the information can be found easily by referring to the thickness specifications – it’s quite convenient
If you work at a company, go to the production department and ask them; they have materials provided by external suppliers regarding end caps, which show the exact cutting dimensions for those end caps. Those calculation formulas in the standard documents are pointless – looking at them is a waste of time
Standards are authoritative; one can refer to the standards for end caps
Material cutting dimension = 1.21 (head diameter) + 2 (straight edge length)
The most direct way is to ask the external head manufacturing factory
Typical cutting dimension = 1.2(DN+δ) + 2 × height of the straight edges
I want one made of titanium; this is pointless.
