Where to go from here

I just graduated from university; I started working here last September, and now I have my diploma. I still have a three-month probation period ahead of me. This is a new factory – it’s been in operation for about two years now – but it has never been able to operate on a continuous basis! I’m very depressed right now; what should I do?
I have been working in the chemical industry for six years; I obtained my safety certification last year, and I’m looking to find a newly established company or something similar
