The new equipment introduced by the company is, in simple terms, a machine that combines probe functions with thickness measurement capabilities. Problems were detected during the last data collection attempt; subsequently, the battery and the data reception device were replaced. Yet when trying to collect data through the software, no signal feedback was received. The data settings in the software were fine, and other devices connected to this data reception device were able to receive data normally. . . I don’t know what the problem is exactly. . . . I hope those who have experience with such equipment can share their thoughts. . . .
