Currently, the methods for treating silicon tetrachloride are mainly the following: 1. Polysilicon plants carry out cold hydrogenation and hot hydrogenation to convert it into trichlorosilane, but the conversion rate is very low, usually only 20%, and the technology is not up to standard； 2. The production of ethyl orthosilicate is the path chosen by many manufacturers at present, but the market for ethyl orthosilicate is also nearing saturation ； 3. Preparation of high-purity optical fiber silicon tetrachloride ； 4. Burn to produce white carbon black.
