May I ask, are there any requirements regarding the concentration of these hazardous chemicals that are under strict supervision? If the gas contains these components, (a mixed gas), should it also be subject to strict supervision?
I think the introduction of regulations regarding these hazardous chemicals that require close supervision is mainly intended to remind the safety supervision agencies at lower levels to strengthen oversight of such chemicals; otherwise, many staff members in these agencies at the county level do not pay enough attention to them. There should be requirements regarding the concentration of these hazardous chemicals that are under strict supervision, but this is not evident from the documents available. It is advisable to apply strict measures; if gases contain such components, it is best to treat them as substances under strict supervision.
