What should be done if the belt conveyor does not distribute the material thoroughly?

We can use new belt conveyors for operation, but the various distributors don’t work properly; fine particles get through. What should we do? We’ve tried switching from manual to electric operation, from belts to high-density boards, and we’ve also tried using round steel as well as replacing the bottom plate with thick steel plates – but it still doesn’t work. It’s frustrating!!!! Please suggest some solutions
