How long can a bag filter be used with reasonable utilization?
Under reasonable conditions, the usage time varies depending on the operating conditions and the service life; however, generally it is determined by the degree of loss in the strength of the filter bags and whether the filtration efficiency meets the required standards. Theoretically, as long as the filtration efficiency is satisfactory and the operating resistance remains within acceptable limits, there is no need to replace the filters.
It depends on the operating conditions and the quality of the filter bags. Our factory’s Set A of filter bag systems has been in use for over 2 years, while Set B’s filter bags were replaced less than a year ago; yet Set A performs better than Set B.
