When a safety valve is used for the first time, it must be calibrated. Once calibration is successful, a seal is applied and a certification report of successful verification is issued.
Safety valves have a calibration cycle; after each cycle, they must be inspected and approved by the safety supervision department, which will then apply a seal and issue a certificate. Performing such operations without authorization is illegal
Generally, who is qualified to apply lead seals? Is it a manufacturing factory? Is it still the boiler inspection agency? If it’s for export, does the commodity inspection agency handle it?
Reply to 4# jacksonnick: For enterprises and special inspection institutions, as long as there are the appropriate equipment and qualified personnel, it’s feasible; the regulations on solid and liquid storage clearly state this.
