Blockage in the liquid ammonia pressure relief valve

Dear everyone: I use a liquid ammonia cylinder along with ammonia water, and the pressure reducing valve I’ve used is of the YQA-441 type; it was found online and is considered to be of good quality in China. But it got clogged after less than a month of use. Even after disassembling the gauge and cleaning it, its flow rate never reached that of a new one (60–100 kg/h for the new one, around 30 kg/h for the old one). Could everyone help analyze what the reason is?
The original poster, could you briefly explain the process flow? Where is the pressure relief valve installed? What is a medium? Liquid ammonia or ammonia water? What material is the pressure relief valve made of? What are the miscellaneous items being cleaned up?
