The outlet temperature at each stage of the compressor should not exceed 135 degrees, as high temperatures reduce the viscosity of the lubricating oil and cause the formation of carbonaceous substances, which accumulate on the valve plates and interfere with their proper functioning. The new hydrogen engine uses L-DAB-150, with a flash point of 230. The exhaust temperature should be 50 degrees below the flash point of the lubricating oil; it’s not clear why it’s 135 degrees. Here, we have set the high alarm threshold at 155 degrees.
Lubricant? ? What is the pressure of the compressor you are using? Why is there oil in the cylinder? ! Is the exhaust pressure above 80 kg? The exhaust temperature of hydrogen compressors is strictly regulated by API standards. When nitrogen is used as the medium, the exhaust temperature is higher than that with hydrogen due to factors such as different molecular weights.
