Applications of slag breakers

In Texaco gasification, water is used to flush the slag; sometimes the operating conditions are not very stable. When the slag removal machine gets clogged, it affects the normal operation of production as well as the company’s profitability. I suggest that all coal chemical plants using Texaco gasification install a slag breaking machine below the lock hopper – its benefits will become apparent over time.
Many units have them! The coal quality is good! It’s not necessary! But generally, a slag breaker is provided for gasification
Cancelling and existing each have their own meanings! Cancellation can prevent unnecessary shutdowns caused by leaks in the seal of the slag breaker. But coal doesn’t produce slag bridges easily, and it’s difficult to handle!
