As the title suggests, I’m not sure if there are any project staff who can respond; thank you. I am currently working on a coal-to-natural gas project...
For different processes, the yield in the first synthesis step varies; it is generally around 80%. The concentration of the reaction gas at the outlet is approximately 54%;

Does anyone know about gasification hydrogenation?
The yield of the final gas after passing through the catalyst is 97.66%. I’m not sure what you mean by \"what is the maximum content of synthetic methane\"
Methanation reaction: After passing through the first and second methanation reactors, the CH4 content is 47%; after passing through the third reactor, it is 88.8%, and after passing through the fourth reactor, it is 96%.
We are here working on achieving a methane content of 30% in one step of gasification, but it hasn’t been successful yet.
