It can be used in a temperature range of –37 ℃ to 350 ℃, and it possesses the following important properties. High thermal stability—HT is a liquid heat transfer oil used for heat transfer at high temperatures, offering reliable operation for several years. Good customer feedback – HT is the most widely used high-temperature liquid-phase synthesis heat transfer oil in the world, enjoying a high level of customer satisfaction. Reliability—HT has demonstrated its excellent performance in thousands of large-scale installations around the world. For operating temperatures above 310°C, Xceltherm-HT is your best choice. Anti-coking property – Xceltherm-HT exhibits excellent performance in preventing the formation of solid particles and scale, ensuring more reliable operation of the heat transfer oil system. Application scope: HT is widely used in the industrial sector, such as in the chemical fiber industry ; Petroleum industry ; Plastic industry ; Petroleum industry. Typical characteristics: Xceltherm-HT has a temperature range of –37 ℃ to 350 ℃. It appears as a clear, light yellow liquid. Its components include modified benzene dibenzyltoluene; it is a high-performance synthetic heat transfer oil. Product type: V. Chemical composition: Enkli-Ⅴ T350. Brand: Enkli. Chemical name: Dibenzyltoluene. Product description: This product has the same chemical composition as DBT from Total in France and NeoSK-1400 from RIKEN in Japan. 1. Good molecular stability: The chemical composition of Enkli-Ⅴ T350 is diphenylmethyltoluene, with a single molecular structure. Heat and oxidation resistant; in properly designed and properly operated systems, there is little cracking and coking, resulting in a long service life. 2. High product purity: The Enkli-Ⅴ T350 content is over 98%, with no residual carbon or light components. 3. Good thermal stability: Enkli-Ⅴ T350 has a high initial boiling point, a narrow boiling range, and low vapor pressure; it remains in liquid state at an operating temperature of 350°C, resulting in minimal evaporation losses and low degradation due to high-temperature cracking, thus exhibiting high thermal stability. It can be used as heat transfer oil No. 400. 4. Low viscosity: The dynamic viscosity of Enkli-Ⅴ T350 is less than 1/2 that of partially hydrogenated triphenyls, which helps to reduce system resistance and energy consumption. 5. High thermal conductivity: The heat transfer coefficient of Enkli-Ⅴ T350 is 1463 W/m2·K at 320°C, which is 15% higher than that of triphenylhydride. 6. Good safety performance: Enkli-Ⅴ T350 has a high boiling point (390°C), a high flash point (200°C), a high auto-ignition temperature (470°C), and low vapor pressure, which facilitates safe production and helps prevent fires ; Dibenzyltoluene is odorless, non-toxic, and harmless; it does not cause cancer, birth defects, or genetic mutations, which makes it beneficial for the protection of workers and the environment.
