Our factory currently has one production line capable of producing 270,000 tons of urea per year, as well as another line from the 18.30 project; together they enable an annual production of 600,000 tons of urea. We now wish to develop downstream products based on urea. The market for melamine is saturated, and there are no other suitable projects available. We are currently examining the possibility of producing compound fertilizers, with a focus on high-tower urea-based compound fertilizers. What capacity do you think would be appropriate? Turn to the Shanghai Institute of Chemical Technology – the KaiPhos Ammonia Synthesis Plant’s 300,000 tons per year high-tower compound fertilizer production facility, as well as Huahua Chemical Group’s large-scale urea production plant’s 300,000 tons per year high-tower compound fertilizer facility, were all designed by this institute
We also produce urea-based compound fertilizers, but using a rotary drum process.
