Our facility uses mechanical seal pumps, which don’t last long; they tend to break down (leak) especially after the system is shut down and water flows out.
Most factories have switched to packing. Mechanical seals are prone to being evacuated and damaged, etc.
The melt urea pumps in our factory also use mechanical seals, which are particularly prone to damage; if they operate continuously, they can last around 10 to 15 days; If there are fluctuations in evaporation, such as water circulating back and forth, it becomes particularly easy for damage to occur; moreover, after the inlet and outlet tee valves of the pump are opened and closed several times, internal leakage is also likely to happen
Mechanical seals are recommended! ! The mechanical seals of Sichuan Nikki are excellent! ! For melt urea pumps, deep blue is recommended! !
