Could you all please introduce what kind of filtration methods are used for your solvents and sulfur-containing wastewater, and what are the results?
Our solvent regeneration system includes an amine solution purification unit and activated carbon filtration, which yields good results. Wastewater stripping doesn’t involve filtration, and there’s no problem with that.
Our company’s automatic backwash filters for solvents have the drawback that the solvent in the lower tank must be frequently pumped into the system before reaching the filter, which is a cumbersome process; The acidic water enters two large storage tanks; after oil separation within these tanks, it goes directly into the facility without any filtration
Our acidic water passes through a degassing tank before entering the raw water tank, where oil can be removed; there is no filtration involved. An amine regeneration unit is used, and the incoming concentrated liquid goes through activated carbon filtration before entering the flash tank. This is roughly the process followed by amine regeneration units

The sulfur-containing wastewater from coking contains coke powder, which poses a serious threat to heat exchange systems by reducing their efficiency; in severe cases, it can even cause blockages in the systems.
Our filters are very advanced; they are Israeli-made and feature online cleaning capabilities, with cleaning not affecting the system’s flow rate. It’s a shame, really a great pity – currently the automatic cleaning function of these filters no longer works, as the waste discharge valve has malfunctioned and hasn’t been fixed yet.
