What are the reasons why granular compound fertilizers do not pass through the sieve?
The main issue is poor drying and cooling; if the drying temperature is set too high, the cooling effect is insufficient, which results in urea-based fertilizer not being screened properly during production. Another reason is the mismatch between the screening capacity and the production system. Finally, it’s your screen design that is unreasonable.
1. If the granulation rate is too low, there are too few granular particles in the material, resulting in poor flowability. 2. In the case of a high-nitrogen formula, urea being a heat-sensitive substance also causes the material not to pass through the sieve. 3. Issues with the sieve itself; in the case of vibrating or vibrating screen types, problems such as vibration intensity may arise. 4. If it is a finished product sieve, it is caused by an excessively low cooling temperature.
