Does anyone know what the requirements are for changing the valve rating on a pipeline? For example, from A1B to A2E, something like that, thank you

Personally, I think it should be drawn as two BRANCHES, because there is already a hierarchical difference at the dividing point; therefore, the fittings and valves on each side should belong to their respective levels. For example, if the level classification is based on the valve flange, then the matching flange should be drawn as a BRANCH of the next lower level, so that there are no errors in the material lists and the empty views.

Some are connected to the flange, and some are connected after the flange; you can refer to the standard HG20559-1993 for relevant information
This issue has little to do with the PDMS software; it mainly relates to knowledge of piping. Analyze the changes before and after the valve; the gasket flanges are matched. When working in PDMS, it’s not necessary to use BRANCHes; you can simply switch levels directly
That’s indeed the case, but if you skip a level, it’s recommended to create a new pipe; otherwise, things can get confusing
Reply to 8# lgm2010: Whether to create a new PIPE depends mainly on the flowchart. If the flowchart has new pipe names after the level change, you can create a new PIPE~ If not, there’s no need to create any new PIPEs or BRANCHES at all; I don’t see anything that could cause confusion.
Reply to 9# CATS: I’m mainly concerned that the contractor might overlook it during installation and use pipes of a different pressure rating; it should be new pipes. The pressure rating must be specified on the pipes, and if the pressure rating changes, then the pipes are naturally considered new
