Dear friends, I am in urgent need of manufacturers that can produce post-tower bubble column or composite towers (made of carbon steel) for chlorine drying systems. Those who know such manufacturers please reply as soon as possible; I would be extremely grateful! My email is m22wsj@126.com # + + .
:dizzy: Is it made of carbon steel? Haven’t heard of it either. . If you know it, teach me* teach me*:(
Made of carbon steel? No one has said it. Have only heard of fiberglass-reinforced plastic
Carbon steel? Muki has used it; once it’s developed, we would be grateful if you could guide us in learning this *high-tech* stuff. . .
The poster is referring to the secondary drying tower, right? It is indeed possible to use carbon steel for it; that’s what we use in our facility. (I haven’t heard of it upstairs, hehe.) As long as there are blueprints, any ordinary chemical equipment manufacturing factory can produce it. The manufacturing challenge of bubble column towers, in my opinion, lies in the trays used in these towers. These trays are usually assembled, and if their fabrication is not proper, failure to make appropriate adjustments during installation can have a significant impact on the tower’s performance. \"Jiangsu Zhongsheng\" has done this in web ads. :)It’s not for advertising, just letting you know
