How much catalyst (MTO-100) is required to produce one ton of olefins in the MTO process?
Talking to someone from the emerging energy sector: the reagent consumption of DMTO is less than two thousandths
Do you mean the depletion, or the total reserve of both reactors?
Reply to 3# Honbababu: I’m not very familiar with either of these. How should the total reserve of catalysts be determined? What is the proportion of losses to the total stock?
Based on the current consumption in terms of performance evaluation, it’s quite good!
Reply to 1# iyaner123: Same question – what is the amount of catalyst in DMTO within the reactor? If the loss is very small, what would the cost of regeneration be approximately?
Same question: what is the amount of catalyst present in the reactor for DMTO?
Urgently needed: what is the amount of catalyst?
Same request: amount of MTO catalyst required for an annual production of 600,000 tons of olefins
At present, Nanjing Huisheng and Shandong Yangmei Hengtong, which operate MTO units, use approximately 0.2 kg of catalyst per ton of olefins produced, a figure that is far lower than what UOP had anticipated. The main reason for this is the use of high-performance cyclone separators in the reaction and regeneration systems, which helps to reduce catalyst loss. I am a supplier of BUELL cyclones from the United States
No one answered how much catalyst was loaded; everyone was talking about the catalyst consumption
