Is it necessary to measure the oxygen content in boiler flue gas? If measurement is to be carried out, where is the best location to place the measurement points in the flue?
Oxygen measurement is necessary from the perspectives of energy conservation and emission reduction as well as boiler operation; it is generally installed at the furnace outlet or after the superheater
It definitely has to be installed. Since the air leakage from the furnace outlet to the economizer outlet is very small, the oxygen measurement points are all installed at the economizer outlet.
