The crushing mechanism in the dry cement process involves using a single-stage impact crusher on limestone; the impact kinetic energy is used to break the material along its fracture planes, resulting in particles with a uniform cubic shape. Once the large pieces of material enter the crushing chamber between the impact plate and the rotor, they gain kinetic energy due to the rotation of the rotor. They then collide repeatedly between the impact plate and the rotor, undergoing progressive crushing in the first impact chamber, the second impact chamber, and the bottom grinding chamber, until they reach the desired particle size. Structural features: The multi-stage impact chamber of the counterattack crusher provides sufficient crushing space, making it suitable for crushing large pieces of material. The angle of the impact plate in a counterattack crusher can be adjusted to ensure that the material strikes between the impact plate and the rotor at an appropriate angle, thereby effectively improving the crushing efficiency. A step-by-step counter-breaking process can effectively reduce energy consumption during the breaking process. The impact plate adjustment system of the counterattack crusher also serves as an overload protection device for the entire machine. When foreign objects (such as iron pieces) or materials that cannot be crushed enter the crusher, the impact plate can automatically retract, allowing those objects to pass through the crusher and preventing them from causing damage to the equipment.
