The process used by Xining Yuntianhua is equivalent to the domestic version of the Kellogg process; their air compressors are those manufactured by Changsha Sair. I would like to ask some questions to those who are familiar with the situation, regarding the operation of their Sair air compressors. Such as operating cycle, failure rate, existing problems, and so on. As far as I know, the outlet temperature of their air compressors is around 120 degrees; I’m not sure what the temperature of the air is before it enters the coil What is the temperature in the second-stage furnace? How is the two-stage furnace reaction? Our process is the Kellogg process; the pressure at the compressor outlet is around 170. If it were as low as around 120 like in their case, the reaction in the second-stage furnace would not proceed well. Please ask a friend from Xining Yuntianhua to give an introduction! ! ! !
