Heating issue of the evaporator used for sulfuric acid concentration

Has anyone with experience done the design for sulfuric acid concentration? Can an evaporator be directly heated using heat transfer oil?
It’s completely possible; there are existing processes available. However, steam or vacuum evaporation is generally used to lower the boiling point. After all, circulating heat transfer oil is rather troublesome, and the risk of leaks in the heat exchangers also needs to be taken into account
The main problem with heating and concentrating sulfuric acid is corrosion caused by changes in acid concentration; therefore, it depends on the current acid concentration, the desired concentration after concentration, as well as the control of temperature and pressure.
