Do non-pressure devices equipped with safety valves need to be inspected by relevant authorities?

However, as a precaution, the company is considering installing safety valves on these vessels to prevent pressure buildup inside them in case of an accident, which could lead to danger. In such a case, do these safety valves need to be inspected?
As long as it is a safety valve, it must be registered with the local pressure vessel inspection agency before use and installation, and undergo regular inspections.
