Let’s discuss whether it is necessary to remove the misting nozzles and spraying devices at the top of the original purge air-cooling tower ? ? ?
It’s better to take it apart. . During the initial purging, there are many mechanical impurities inside the tower and in the pipes; if these impurities are not removed, they can block the nozzles or mist collectors, leading to abnormal operation in the future. . At the same time, the packing in the tower also needs to be installed after purging. . .
If the original poster has the chance, they can go in and take a look. It’s not that it can’t be removed – it’s just extremely difficult to do so; once cleaning is complete, simply install the packing.
There is no need to remove the mist-catching net; cleaning it in sections is sufficient. The spraying device should be inspected after being rinsed with water, and if it is severely clogged, it needs to be taken apart to remove the impurities. It is also possible to rinse the pipes with water first before installing the spraying device.
Thank you all. I’ll go in and check whether it’s easy to remove later; I think it’s best to take it off to prevent blockages or damage...........
Could the poster please tell me the manufacturer of the fogger? I need a fogger here, but I can’t find the manufacturer
During the initial purging, the misting device wasn’t installed yet, right? Install the misting device and the packing after the purging is complete
