The temperature of the laboratory electric heating mantle will not rise

The laboratory has a heating mantle with temperature control and electromagnetic stirring. It had been left unused for a long time, and when it was used again recently, it was found that the electromagnetic stirring functioned properly and heating was also possible; however, the temperature would not rise above 90 degrees Celsius. Even after having it repaired, the same problem persisted. Have any of you encountered this situation? What could cause such an issue?
Check the temperature setting to ensure it is below 90 degrees, and verify that the insulation material is in good condition. Was the power of the heater changed after the repair? (It is at a lower power level.) Is the temperature control system working properly?
