Here, multi-chamber furnaces and resin exchange are used simultaneously. Resin is expensive, has a strong dechlorination capacity, but can handle only a limited amount of solution per day. A separate shift also needs to be arranged for anti-washing.
It depends on your production capacity. Ion exchange is not suitable for high production capacities (over 50,000 tons per year), as a large amount of wastewater needs to be treated, and its fluoride removal efficiency is poor (not exceeding 50%); it is also unsuitable for raw materials with high fluoride content. Chlorine removal can exceed 80%, with relatively low investment and operational costs. There’s nothing to say about multi-chamber furnaces. However, the investment is high. Suitable for high production capacity.
