It’s been a year since I graduated from university with a bachelor’s degree. I currently work at a company that specializes in evaporators and crystallizers. It’s a small company, so there are no formal titles or rank systems in place. What kind of title should I pursue? Should I become an assistant engineer in chemical machinery? Chemical engineering assistant engineer? Still a mechanical assistant engineer? What subjects will I have to take?
During the first year of undergraduate study, one can obtain it directly from the personnel bureau without taking any exams~
I need to fill out a form too, I don’t see any category for chemical machinery; I’ll fill it out under machinery then.
There is no need for exams; assistants aren’t very useful, while intermediate levels are useful – just follow the local regulations.
