Our factory experienced a power outage due to external factors, resulting in the shutdown of all equipment and production processes. First, it is necessary to figure out how to carry out the recovery work after the power outage.
Close the oxygen valve, monitor the system pressure, restart the burner cooling water pump, and close the pump outlet valve. Try to avoid pressure release when stopping the chilled water supply
First, confirm whether the burner cooling water pump starts automatically. Shut off the outlets of each high-pressure pump to prevent high pressure from leaking into the low-pressure system, and close the seal water valve； Discharge valves at the bottom of the large tank and the clarification tank ； Close the manual valve for nitrogen supply to the boundary area to maintain nitrogen pressure ； The lock-hatch procedure immediately switches to slag retention mode to maintain stable instrument air pressure ； Once power supply is restored, start the pumps one by one following the principle of starting the low-pressure pump first and then the high-pressure pump, in order to restore the water circulation in the system ； Once the nitrogen is satisfactory and the instrument air pressure is restored, the gasifier shall be shut down as per normal procedures!
Close the valve connecting to the external area, start the low-pressure pump first, then the high-pressure pump, and follow the normal shutdown procedures
