Single burner, burning oil: steam and primary air levels are too high; adjust them gradually until normal conditions are reached. Gas burning: If the primary air flow is too high, reduce it to the normal level as well. Most nozzles experienced flame failure due to excessive negative pressure; it was reduced to normal levels.
The gas pressure is too high, and the gas velocity is too high.
While ensuring the appropriate oxygen level, reduce the air valve of the degassing nozzle

May I ask if your facility uses natural gas or liquefied gas? It relates to the selection of burners. The burners in our facility were designed for use with liquefied gas; however, during actual production we used natural gas, and the burners often lost ignition, making it difficult to make adjustments. After replacing the burners, things improved significantly.
Is flameout also related to the type of fuel gas used? Our company deals with natural gas
Flame decoupling occurs when the injection speed of the fuel gas or fuel oil is greater than the propagation speed of the flame. Adjust it according to the conditions of your furnace!
Can the air atomized by the fuel nozzle be considered primary air?
