What is the purpose of the vapor equilibrium line, and why are there pumps and tanks?
Gas-phase equilibrium, as the name implies, is a method of maintaining pressure balance among several storage tanks that hold the same medium in the same type of tank, by enabling gas communication between them. Generally, pressure tanks are equipped with such gas connection lines. For the pump, it should be the line that leads back to the vapor tank; there shouldn’t be any balance line
