Evaporative water spray system

Our evaporation process is a three-effect counter-current process, and water spray systems are installed on the secondary steam pipes between the first and second effect units as well as between the second and third effect units. I would like to ask if anyone has used this approach – and what were the results? How to use it? We tried it for a day and there was no change # + + .
Humidifying; it can increase steam saturation. But I can’t tell if there’s any effect.
Which company’s process is used for your evaporation?
It seems that many manufacturers use this spraying method in their processes; I asked a few of them and they all said they’ve never used it and don’t know how to use it either
Reply 1# ftcai: What do you mean by the caustic soda process? Our company also uses it; its main function is to increase humidity, and it helps to lower the temperature a bit, giving good results when in use

Are you using Set’s technology? Humidification mainly serves to convert steam (secondary steam) into saturated steam, thereby reducing the sensible heat release of steam in the heat exchanger and improving the heat exchange efficiency
