I would like to know more details such as the installation location and usage instructions, thank you
Our facility has newly installed several anti-rotation level gauges. These gauges are typically equipped with a small motor; when powered, they keep rotating. Once something comes into contact with them, the gauge stops rotating and sends out a signal. It is recommended to install them at the top of the tank, as far away from the feed inlet as possible, in order to prevent any material from falling onto the switch and causing it to activate accidentally.
If you need any information, add me on QQ at 785742400; I’ll send it to you there. We are a manufacturer of rotary type level switches.
The German DF series of explosion-proof anti-rotation level switches, distributed as the exclusive agent by Jieshi Shi Company, have obtained multiple international authoritative certifications. Their quality management is carried out in strict accordance with the ISO DIN EN 9001:2000 standard, enabling them to be used safely and stably in various dust and smoke-filled environments and thus providing solid support for production processes. Many industrial manufacturing units have concerns regarding safety when using explosion-proof anti-rotation level switches. Flammable gas and dust environments, as well as oil refining and petrochemical industries, are prone to safety accidents; therefore, such industrial environments have high requirements regarding explosion-proof performance. The DF series of explosion-proof anti-rotation level switches, having undergone repeated tests, can be used in many hazardous environments, such as those with a risk of gas explosions.
