Fire safety inspection

Fire inspection procedure: 1. After the project is completed, the construction unit goes to the fire department to obtain the \"Application Form for Fire Inspection of Construction Projects\". After filling out the form completely, it is submitted along with relevant documents to the fire department for fire inspection. The fire department accepts the application and issues a \"Notice of Application Acceptance\"； 2. The department responsible at the fire protection agency will conduct a fire safety inspection within 10 working days of receiving the application, and issue a \"Fire Safety Inspection Report for Construction Projects\" within 7 working days after the inspection. (The “Building Fire Protection Inspection Report” can be obtained at the service desk.) Materials required for fire protection inspection application: (1) Application form for fire protection inspection of construction projects ； (2) Copy of the corresponding “Fire Protection Inspection and Approval Opinion” ； (3) Inspection report and certification for building fire protection facilities ； (4) Project completion acceptance report ； (5) Certificates of conformity for fire protection product quality ； (6) Certificates showing that building components, building materials, and interior decoration materials with fire protection requirements comply with ** standards or industry standards, as well as factory certification of conformity ； (7) Legal identity certificates and qualification level certification documents of the construction, project supervision, and testing entities ； (8) Other materials required by law to be provided.
