Today I went from Zhangjiagang to Wuxi to buy an inner diameter dial indicator. Damn, just got back: lol. Without this thing, the quality of tube expansion can’t be guaranteed. I’m feeling a bit dizzy today. I waited for 20 minutes early in the morning; when the bus arrived, I didn’t have any coins, so I got on the bus with a 20-dollar bill. When on earth did this damn bus become cashless? ! Look at the big bill in my hand – the driver threw me out of the bus and gave me some change, telling me to wait for the next bus. :@ Once I was out of the bus, I damn well found a ton of coins in my pocket. :dizzy:
It’s not just that mentally they act like three years old: lol

Reply to 8# Li Jia’s Little Daughter: We’re all good kids, huh. :lol
Reply to 1# penryn: You’re so busy! Hehe, take care. . . Don’t work like a man possessed at work. . . Can the inspection methods for expansion tube quality, the acceptable control criteria, and the standards be shared? Thank you
Reply to 10# qldch2306: I don’t have a specific standard; it’s just the internal diameter micrometer used to measure the rate of change in the internal diameter. That should be fine. I welded first and then expanded it, because the expansion rate at various points along the length of a single tube was different last week. Welding first and then expanding the tube results in the tube and the hole not being concentric
