The advantages are a fast start-up and shutdown process; the disadvantage is the need to clean the filter at the inlet of the air lock compressor frequently.

May I ask the original poster: Is there a brand code K9928 for washing machines in Xinjiang? What is the ethylene content, and what kind of nucleating agent is used? Is the amount added large?
For that guy in Xinjiang, it’s sufficient to install a top pulse bag filter (with metal filters) on the settler of the air lock device; in that case, there’s no need to clean the inlet filter for several years.
Those made by Yanhua and Sinopec also work well.
This technical measure is being implemented for the major overhaul; I heard that from now on the filter will only need to be replaced every three months? Is it true?
3 months? That’s a lie to trick you! We haven’t moved for about 15 months.
It’s a good idea to install a pulser; as for how often it gets clogged, that depends on the operating conditions of the process. If everything is working well, then it will take longer before clogging occurs; but if the operation is unstable and there’s a lot of fine powder, then it won’t last long.
