I need some advice: Our screw compressors have automatic shutdown features, but the unit does not show the reason for this shutdown. It keeps starting up and running for a while before shutting down automatically again.

Is it just one unit? Is there no backup unit? What’s the situation with the other one? What medium is it transmitted on?
There should have been police reports from before, right? It just starts jumping for no reason, with nothing there? Did the people from your instrumentation department go and reset the alarm before deleting the records?

Does that mean it just jumped for no reason? Will it stay on throughout the entire operation? It’s unlikely that there isn’t the slightest sign.
I think it might be a software glitch or an issue with the onboard motherboard. Contact the manufacturer for repair.
It is possible that the operator, while reviewing the footage by scrolling up and down, accidentally pressed the stop button, resulting in a stop without any alarm. This has happened a few times here as well, always during shift changes or hourly inspections; after emphasizing the gestures for reviewing the footage, it hasn’t happened again.
