May I ask: If the Professional Qualification Certificate for Registered Safety Engineers is not registered, how many years is its validity period? Is it valid for life?
I didn’t see any relevant regulations, but according to the instructor who gave the training, there is no time limit on this; as long as you can provide proof of having completed the necessary retraining when you want to register.
My opinion is at most three years! After registration, registered safety engineers must undergo retraining every three years to maintain their registration. You can’t just show up with that professional certificate after 5 or 6 years to register, right?
In other words, registration is allowed within three years after obtaining the certificate; if more than three years have passed, then a proof of retraining is required, right?
No, it is necessary to register within two years; after registration, retraining is required every two years (at a cost of over 1000), followed by renewal of the registration.
