Thermowell thermocouples are primarily used to measure the temperature of steam pipes and boilers. The thermocouple features a heat-shielded protective tube that allows for quick separation from the thermocouple element. During use, the user can weld or screw the heat shield to the main equipment, and then screw the thermocouple in place to start using it. Its advantage is that it increases the operating pressure and service life of the protective tube, and it also facilitates the maintenance or replacement of the thermocouple; currently, this design format is widely used. ----The heat-shrinkable protective tube is manufactured using a special deep blind-hole processing technique; its wall thickness is uniform at the ends, and welding is not required.
