How to modify the ambient temperature for pipeline installation

As the title suggests, the ambient temperature for software installation (use) is a default value; how can it be changed to another temperature? Thanks, don’t laugh at the simple question :)
tool---->configure---->computational contral
If only this file needs to be modified, then change environment------>ambient temperature(for this job)
