Which guidelines should be referred to when preparing the special section on the design of safety facilities for the ethyl acetate extraction process of lycopene? Appendix: What is needed? Please give me some guidance!
**Notice from the General Administration of Work Safety on the Issuance of the \"Catalogue of Safety Facilities for Hazardous Chemicals Construction Projects (Trial)\\" and the \"Guidelines for Compiling Special Documents on the Design of Safety Facilities for Hazardous Chemicals Construction Projects (Trial)\\" (An Jian Zong Wei Hua [2007] No. 225). Drawings: Site location map of the construction project, simplified process flow diagram, and explosion hazard zone classification map. Floor plan of the construction project, production and storage units (facilities), lightning and static electricity protection grounding, fire protection facilities and equipment, floor plan for gas detection.
That is a guideline document for hazardous chemicals; lycopene, on the other hand, is edible. They don’t match
Is the extractant a hazardous chemical? Are hazardous chemicals involved in the production process? If it is relevant, refer to the above requirements; after all, no corresponding documents or standards have been issued in other industries.
Reply to 4# jingsan: Yes, we still referred to previous guidelines. I previously worked on a project involving the use of coal gangue to make hollow bricks, and again there were no relevant guidance documents available; in the end, we had to rely on the guidelines for hazardous materials and the 14 requirements outlined in Document No. 36 when preparing the drawings. The drawings were also prepared with reference to those hazardous materials guidelines
Since you are using ethyl acetate, it is definitely handled as part of extraction chemical processes; therefore, the procedures should be formulated in accordance with guidelines for hazardous chemicals. If you are interested, we can discuss the specifics of such formulation.
Reply to 6# luhao: Hehe, sure. The content was prepared in accordance with the guidelines for hazardous chemicals. Attached are: the general layout plan + process flow diagram + lightning and static electricity protection connection diagram + layout plan for fire protection facilities and equipment. How does that sound?
