Increase in tank voltage under normal operating conditions

Of course, the increase may vary depending on the length of time the membrane has been in use. There is a prize available; we use DuPont Membrane 2030, and with this new membrane the cell voltage increases by 0.013V after half a year. Same current 15.9KA # + + .
We are also using DuPont 2030; it has been in use for one and a half years now. The voltage has increased by 0.028V, and the current is 15KA
The owner does an excellent job of maintaining their electrolyzer cells. In our company, we constantly adjust the current levels on a daily basis, and the quality of the brine used often fails ICP tests. Additionally, the cathode coating on the new cells produced by Beihua Machinery wears off very quickly – after just half a year, the voltage has dropped to around 2V
