Who is responsible for preparing the bill of quantities for the chemical engineering works (equipment, pipelines, electrical systems, instrumentation, etc.) carried out by those experts in the chemical industry? Are there any good consulting companies in China that can help with such calculations?
What is a good company? Is the calculation absolutely accurate? As long as one has the necessary qualifications, not just shell companies can do it; calculating quantities is not that difficult
The Ministry of Construction has the 2002 version and the 2008 version of the project budget. It is sufficient to find some qualified engineering and technical personnel.
