We also use Filuwa pumps. I’m not sure what precautions are necessary when operating these pumps; could you please give me some advice?

1. The slurry pump from Filwa is very useful. I’m not sure if you have a single-nozzle or four-nozzle version, but overall, this pump is extremely easy to operate; once the oil circuit is adjusted during the initial testing, operating it becomes as simple as using an ordinary diaphragm pump； 2. Regarding the inspection and maintenance of pumps, it is the hoses and diaphragms of the pumps that are most prone to damage; generally, a diaphragm can last for about two years without any problems. 3. Another factor to consider is the pressure and size of your pump. Small pumps generally don’t present any problems. As for larger pumps, it’s necessary to examine the design of their outlet buffer tanks. In some cases, insufficient inflation of the buffer tanks, or too many buffer tanks, can result in uneven pressure across them, which requires corrective action. In some manufacturers’ cases, it’s actually better to have just one large outlet buffer tank. 4. Before putting the pump into operation, the buffer pressure in the buffer tank must be adjusted to an appropriate level; only then will the operation of the pump and pipelines be optimal.

Philwa’s slurry pumps are really excellent; our workshop has been using them for many years, and we’ve taken them apart several times as well. We pretty much understand their internal structure now. The spare parts are of high quality, and the principle behind their operation is quite simple. German-made products are indeed very reliable!

Currently, almost 90% of the market is occupied by German FELUWA products, which are of decent quality. It has a robust and reliable structure, and is simple to operate.
