I opened the inlet valve; why isn’t there any liquid coming out from the sampling port? ? The drain at the very bottom also cannot discharge. But a small pump already produces flow. There are two reasons why no alkali is discharged when sampling at the outlet. First, if the height of your sampling port is above the level of the liquid at 40, then when the pump is not running, it acts as a static pressure reservoir, and thus no liquid can be discharged; discharge occurs once the pump is started. If discharge still doesn’t occur even after the pump is running, it’s likely that the valve has been clogged by crystallization. As for the situation where no liquid is discharged from the valve at the lowest point, try running the pump and see if liquid can be discharged from the inlet valve; if that also doesn’t work, it’s probably because the valve is clogged by crystallization
Reply 2# ftcai is an outlet flow meter; the level of the liquid in the tank has reached the level required for normal operation. If the vehicle is not used for a day, it won’t crystallize that quickly. There is liquid when the pump is running, but it can’t be discharged once it stops. It doesn’t make any sense, huh! ! ! Damn, haha
If you have two pumps and only one of them is running, this is a normal situation. If both units are stopped and no liquid can be discharged, filling the cathode liquid circulation tank with nitrogen will allow the liquid to flow out.
Reply to 4# tclvjian: Are you suspecting that a negative pressure has formed in the circulation tank? ? With such a high level of alkali and such a high density, wouldn’t a large negative pressure be required? ?
The sampling port has crystallized; generally, the pipe diameter at the sampling port is DN25. Cleaning it up should resolve the issue
