What pressure can it withstand? Thank you
In my opinion, it should not be included in the pressure testing; it should be removed before the testing and sealed with a blind flange
What needs to be pressure-tested is a single unit as a whole; that’s what’s required
I think the safety valve should be closed tightly, and devices such as level gauges should be tested under water pressure. The test pressure must be determined in accordance with the specifications; it cannot be set arbitrarily. Check the tolerance specification.
All connected components and their accessories should be pressure-tested together. When there are systems, equipment, fittings, valves, instruments, etc., that are not suitable for being pressure-tested alongside the pipes, it is necessary to ensure that these devices are properly isolated so as not to affect the pressure testing process. During pressure testing, the pressure shall be in accordance with the testing plan; the pressure values for strength testing and tightness testing need only meet the requirements specified in the plan.
