The company currently uses Wanxun positioners, but they are causing various problems. I would like to ask what kind of performance these brand of positioners have, and what precautions should be taken when using them? Which model of locator is better currently?
Haven’t used it. . . Any big-brand one will do
1.SAMSON Samson 2.FISHER Fisher 3.SEIMENS Siemens 4.FLOWSERVE Flowserve 5.ABB 6.Wuxi Smart
Wansun’s positioners are, arguably, of quite good quality among domestic products. However, we recommend imported products to all our customers as they have fewer issues.
We have one unit that has not been used yet, and its performance is unknown. Other reputable manufacturers include Siemens, Yamatake, Fox, Fischer, Memmert, Lanxess, Metso, etc.; domestic brands from Wuzhong are also an option
The quality of Wanxun seems to be okay
Actually, in addition to the intelligent ones, there are also mechanical ones (durable with reliable control performance):D
The commonly used positioners nowadays can be divided into two categories: conventional electrical positioners and intelligent positioners; pneumatic positioners are now very rare. Manufacturer issues: For smart positioners, those from Japanese company Yamaki are of better quality; you’ll know once you’ve used them – they’re simple and practical ; Other intelligent positioners such as FISHER and Siemens are more troublesome; they are large in size and have a higher failure rate. For ordinary electrical positioners, there are quite a few options available. Yaskawa and other brands are good choices; most domestic electrical positioners are imitations of foreign ones, but they can still be used. It’s better to turn to larger manufacturers, as their products offer more reliability. I’ve never heard of the Wanxun brand you mentioned.
German EKA valve positioners: D report
The poster should describe the problems that have occurred to determine whether they are due to product quality issues or problems related to usage and maintenance. Additionally, the installation and calibration process is also very important; not only does the quality of the locator itself matter, but proper installation and maintenance are equally crucial aspects.
Domestically produced intelligent positioners such as those from People Instrumentation prove to be quite stable in field use. You might want to provide detailed information on the use of Wanxun positioners, as this would be of great help to both those who use them and to the manufacturers. I might also be able to offer suggestions and solutions to your questions.
